Our client are seeking a technically skilled Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist to join their growing team as a project runner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a small project team, delivering high-profile retail schemes across the UK — with a clear path to Associate level.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of projects from inception to completion, reporting to an Associate Director. This client-facing role will see you coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, managing technical delivery, and ensuring smooth project execution across all RIBA stages.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist Strong knowledge of UK project delivery and planning Knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM, Principal Designer duties, and planning Confident working across all RIBA stages, particularly in tender and planning packages Proficient in Revit and BIM, with a sharp eye for technical detail Experience leading design teams on fast-paced projects Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client-facing roles Willingness to travel to sites across the UK
