Project Change Manager – Defence Projects
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Benefits
About the Role
Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with a leading global consultancy to recruit a Project Change Manager to join their growing London team. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering complex defence programmes, ensuring robust change control processes are in place across high-profile and sensitive projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage project change control processes across defence programmes
Assess, track, and report on change impacts relating to cost, schedule, and risk
Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective change management
Maintain accurate change logs and documentation in line with governance requirements
Provide insights and reporting to support informed decision-making
Support continuous improvement of change management procedures and best practices
Working Arrangements & Travel
Hybrid working model: typically 2–3 days on client site or office, with 2–3 days working from home
London office attendance may only be required approximately once per month for team meetings
Travel to client sites is required, with flexibility essential
Occasional overnight stays may be necessary depending on project needs
Requirements
Proven experience in a Project Change Manager or similar role within complex project environments
Experience working on defence, infrastructure, or highly regulated projects is highly desirable
Strong understanding of change control processes and project governance
Excellent analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and reporting capabilities
Security Clearance Requirement
Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be UK holding a single passport and be eligible to obtain the required level of security clearance.
