We’re looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to play a key role across large, complex infrastructure programmes in London. This role goes beyond reporting — it’s about providing insight, leadership, and confidence to delivery teams and senior stakeholders alike.

You’ll lead a high-performing controls function, bringing together cost, schedule, and risk to improve predictability and performance across major programmes. If you enjoy turning complex data into clear direction and mentoring others along the way, this role offers real scope to make an impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and developing a project controls team

• Providing clear performance insight across cost, schedule, and risk

• Supporting delivery teams with early risk identification and mitigation

• Influencing senior stakeholders through concise, meaningful reporting

• Ensuring robust governance aligned with NEC frameworks

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in project controls on major infrastructure programmes

• Expertise in P6, EVM, cost management, and reporting

• Experience working within NEC environments

• Confident communicator with a strategic mindset
