Are you a recent graduate or early in your career and looking to break into the world of IT and business transformation? A major fashion retailer is commencing a global transformation programme and is seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic Project Co-ordinator to support its Business Delivery function. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale change, cross-functional teams, and a wide variety of stakeholders.
You'll be at the heart of programme operations-helping to manage documentation, coordinate meetings, track actions, and support the smooth delivery of change across the business. If you're energetic, organised, and eager to learn, this role will give you the foundation to grow into a future project management or business change career.
What You'll Be Doing
Schedule and coordinate programme meetings, governance boards, and workshops
Manage document repositories and ensure version control
Take accurate meeting minutes and track follow-up actions
Assist in formatting reports, presentations, and change documentation
Help maintain programme logs and registers (eg RAID, decisions, actions)
Support onboarding of new team members and general programme administration
Work closely with business change, systems, L&D, and operations teams
Ensure stakeholder materials meet business standards and templates
