£175,000 + Profit Share + Package We are working with a leading, fast-growing engineering delivery specialist who are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Project Director to join their London team.

This is a key leadership position within a business that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across the commercial and data centre sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking a proven leader to drive delivery at the highest level.

You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of major MEP packages across large-scale commercial and data centre projects, leading teams from pre-construction through to handover. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end MEP delivery on high-value projects Manage multidisciplinary teams across design, commercial, and site delivery Drive programme, quality, and safety performance Act as the senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders Oversee commercial performance, risk, and project profitability Support business growth and contribute to strategic delivery plans

Requirements Strong MEP delivery background at Project Director / Senior Project Manager level Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial and data centre projects Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project P&L Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
