Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a talented Project Estimator to join their team in High Wycombe, playing a key role in supporting the Project Management team in delivering outstanding retail marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for retail display, shopfit, and pop-up projects. Work closely with project managers, designers, and suppliers to ensure every project is cost-effective, efficient, and of exceptional quality. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery. Provide financial insight and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the agency’s reputation for delivering on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. About You Strong numerical and analytical skills, with at least 2 years’ experience in an estimating role. Experience working within project management processes, tools, and methodologies. Ideally, experience in retail fixtures, shopfitting, or point-of-sale (POS) displays. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
