Intermediate / Project Quantity Surveyor | Commercial Fit Out | Central London | Perm or Freelance

Join a growing, well-established interiors contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects across London and the South East.

This is a design-led, delivery-focused business operating in the £2m–£6m project range, with a strong and growing order book. With a current turnover of £25m–£30m, they’re increasingly competing — and winning — work against larger Tier-style interiors contractors.

This is not a corporate, layered environment. It’s a business where good people are trusted, developed, and given room to grow alongside the company.

The Role

Working as a Project / Intermediate QS supporting live commercial fit out projects

Managing core commercial tasks: procurement, valuations, variations, CVRs, and cost reporting

Working closely with delivery teams, subcontractors, and senior management

Office-based role in Holborn, with flexibility around site visits

Option to work 1 day per week from home once established

Clear opportunity to grow with the business as project scale and workload increase

What they’re looking for

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project QS (not senior-heavy profiles)

Background in commercial interiors or fit out strongly

Good understanding of trades and subcontractors — practical, delivery-aware

Comfortable running commercial elements on live projects with support

Ambitious, commercially sound, and keen to develop long-term within one business
