to deliver complex, mission-critical projects. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required technical standards. Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery Manage full project lifecycle from feasibility, design, and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover Deliver data centre and critical infrastructure projects including
M&E systems , power, cooling, and resilience upgrades Develop and manage detailed project programmes, budgets, and risk registers Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and statutory requirements Stakeholder & Team Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Coordinate designers, M&E contractors, commissioning agents, and vendors Chair project meetings and provide clear progress reporting to senior stakeholders Technical & Commercial Oversight Oversee building services systems including
HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, BMS, fire systems, and containment Review technical submissions, method statements, and commissioning plans Manage change control, variations, and commercial negotiations
Required Experience & Skills Proven experience as a
Project Manager
delivering
data centre or mission-critical building services projects Strong knowledge of
M&E systems
in critical environments Experience working in
live operational facilities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines Personal Attributes Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, solution-focused approach Comfortable working in high-pressure, mission-critical environments Strong leadership and decision-making capability This is a phenomenal opportunity.
