Job Description
Project Manager - Civil Engineering / Remediation \n Based Yorkshire working Nationally \n\nI'm currently working with a well-established specialist contractor in the remediation and enabling works sector who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Remediation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in remediation, ground engineering or enabling works who enjoys managing complex projects and building long-term client relationships.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from initial scoping through to completion throughout the UK. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing project delivery and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
\nWorking closely with the senior leadership team, you'll also play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the remediation division, identifying opportunities and helping deliver strategic objectives. \nKey duties will include:\n\nSome scoping and quoting remediation and enabling works\n\nHealth & safety planning, management and implementation\n\nFull project management including programme, resource allocation and delivery\n\nFinancial control including budgets, cost tracking and WIP invoicing\n\nMaintaining high standards of quality assurance and customer care\n\nLiaising with corporate health & safety teams and senior stakeholders\n\nSupporting and participating in internal and external audits\n\nOngoing client liaison and relationship management\n\nAbout You\n\nTo be considered for this role you will need strong experience delivering remediation or enabling works projects within the construction or environmental sectors. \nKey requirements include:\n\nProven Project Management experience within the remediation sector\n\nStrong understanding of construction contracts and project delivery\n\nIdeally degree educated within a relevant discipline\n\nSolid knowledge of environmental, health & safety legislation\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nAbility to manage and motivate both direct staff and subcontractors\n\nExperience with budget management and project cost estimation\n\nStrong organisational and problem-solving abilities\n\nA clear understanding of ground engineering and construction processes\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nCSCS Site Manager card\n\nCalibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, , , /beliefs, or .
