Working alongside some of the North Wests leading main contractors and developers, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a landmark scheme with real community impact. The Role As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of major civils and groundworks packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all on-site operations across groundworks and major civils works
Managing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
Programme management and coordination with main contractors
Ensuring full compliance with HSEQ standards
Client liaison and stakeholder reporting
Commercial awareness alongside QS teams
Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional safety standards
