About the Company

We are a well-established commercial stone masonry subcontractor with over 30 years of delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Specializing exclusively in commercial construction, we focus on both new construction and restoration projects throughout the DC/MD/VA region.

Our core capabilities include:

  • Custom-cut granite and marble facades and flooring

  • Rubble and building stone facades

Certified as a DBE/MBE in VA, MD, and through WMATA, and affiliated with union labor, we bring deep expertise in managing large-scale, government-backed construction and restoration projects.


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. This hybrid role involves estimating project costs and managing awarded contracts from inception through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Estimator Responsibilities
  • Perform digital takeoffs using Bluebeam


  • Analyze bid documents (drawings, specifications, scope sheets)

  • Create takeoff reports, detailed estimates, and formal bid proposals

  • Communicate with vendors/suppliers to gather material pricing

  • Follow up with clients on submitted bids

  • Ceramic and porcelain tile installations (a small portion of total work)

  • Review and interpret contract scopes

  • Coordinate and submit project submittals in collaboration with general contractors

  • Manage material procurement and track orders

  • Maintain organized job folders and submittal packages for field teams

  • Serve as liaison between general contractors and internal office/field staff

  • Oversee monthly billing and lien waiver submissions

  • Manage project closeout, including punch list resolution and final invoicing
