Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Fit Out Project Manager to join their dynamic team.\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe Fit Out Project Manager will lead and manage Cat A and Cat B commercial fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover.

You will oversee all project planning, procurement, delivery, subcontractor management, health & safety, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProject Delivery\n\n * \n\n Manage multiple Cat A and Cat B fit out projects ranging from £500k to £10m+.\n\n * \n\n Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, procurement, delivery, and handover.\n\n * \n\n Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.\n\n * \n\n Oversee site activity to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.\n\nCommercial & Financial\n\n * \n\n Manage project budgets, cost control, valuations, and forecasting.\n\n * \n\n Work closely with commercial teams, QSs, and procurement to ensure financial accuracy.\n\n * \n\n Review subcontractor quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage performance.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Management\n\n * \n\n Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants, landlords, and key stakeholders.\n\n * \n\n Lead progress meetings, provide updates, and maintain strong communication channels.\n\n * \n\n Build and maintain long-term client relationships.\n\nHealth & Safety\n\n * \n\n Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to all H&S regulations.\n\n * \n\n Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with company policies.\n\nLeadership & Team Management\n\n * \n\n Manage site managers, supervisors, and subcontractor teams.\n\n * \n\n Promote a collaborative and positive project culture.\n\n * \n\n Provide guidance, leadership, and support across project teams.\n\nExperience & Requirements\n\nEssential\n\n * \n\n Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit out.\n\n * \n\n Strong background delivering Cat A and Cat B projects in London.\n\n * \n\n Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.\n\n * \n\n Excellent understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and fit out methodologies.\n\n * \n\n Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (JCT essential).\n\n * \n\n Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills.\n\n * \n\n Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management software.\n\nDesirable\n\n * \n\n Formal construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree).\n\n * \n\n SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, First Aid.\n\n * \n\n Experience managing projects within occupied buildings or live environments.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary + performance-based bonus\n\nTravel allowance or company vehicle\n\nPension scheme\n\nOngoing professional development and training\n\nOpportunity to work on high-profile projects in Central London\n\nModern offices in the heart of Canary Wharf
