We are seeking a commercially astute Project Lead to manage a £13m heavy groundworks package within a highly restricted airside environment at a major Essex airport. This is a logistically complex civil engineering project requiring a manager who can balance operational delivery with rigorous security and commercial standards. The Project & Role This package involves critical infrastructure works, including: Civil Engineering: Deep drainage, service ducting/installations, and attenuation systems.
Heavy Pavement: Large-scale heavy-duty pavement quality (PQ) concrete.
