Project Manager Job Title: Project Manager Location: Aberdeen (Head Office / Regional Projects) Salary: Up to £75,000 package OR competitive day rate Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Overview A well-established Scottish civil engineering contractor with a rapidly growing workload is recruiting a Project Manager to join their expanding team in Aberdeen. With a strong order book secured for 2026, this company offers long-term stability, a mature environment and a close-knit, family-oriented culture. They specialise in a wide variety of civil engineering schemes, including: structures, earthworks, road construction, drainage, sewers, and general infrastructure. Role Responsibilities * Lead civil engineering projects from planning through delivery. * Manage site teams, subcontractors and engineering personnel. * Ensure programme milestones, cost controls and quality standards are achieved. * Uphold high levels of safety and compliance on all projects. * Work with commercial teams to monitor costs and variations. * Liaise with clients, local authorities, designers and internal stakeholders. * Produce progress reports, risk assessments and project documentation. Requirements * Strong background in civil engineering project management. * Experience delivering earthworks, structures, drainage, roads or infrastructure projects. * Solid working knowledge of NEC contracts (essential). * Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to deliver multiple projects to deadlines. * Based in or able to commute to Aberdeen.
