A fast-growing project and cost consultancy located in Central London are searching for a bright and client facing Project Manager to join their well-established team. The Project Manager will bring experience carrying out pre and post contract duties across project lifecycles within the industrial, commercial office and data centre sector. The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining a close-knit and socially conscious project management consultancy that have a strong pipeline of projects within the industrial, data centre and commercial office sector. The Project Manager will be expected to support the delivery of projects which are a mixture of new build, refurbishment and fit outs with contract values up £300m. The Project Manager will be joining the project management team which consists of the Project Director, 6x Associate Directors, 4x Project Managers, Junior Project Managers and Commercial Managers. The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects within a mixture of sectors, whilst liaising with multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles to ensure projects stay on track to handover. The Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of projects which are located in London and surrounding areas.
