About the role
This role is responsible for managing and delivering key business initiatives that strengthen operational performance, improve the customer experience, and support scalable growth. Projects may include product launches, workflow improvements, and internal transformation efforts, with ownership spanning from initial planning through successful execution and measurable results.
You will collaborate across teams and engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, and drive successful outcomes. The position is highly hands-on and requires strong organisation, clear communication, and effective coordination.
Take full ownership of the planning and delivery of critical internal initiatives from start to finish
Establish well-defined project parameters, including goals, measures of success, and performance indicators at the outset
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders-both internal teams and external partners or customers-to collect requirements, align expectations, and confirm successful outcomes
Develop and manage comprehensive delivery plans, timelines, and risk registers to keep projects on track
Lead and structure key project forums such as kick-off sessions, regular check-ins, reviews, and retrospective discussions
Provide clear, consistent updates to the Senior Management Team, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key metrics
Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and post-delivery evaluations
Coordinate resources across multiple teams, balancing competing priorities
Ensure effective knowledge transfer through training, handovers, and adoption planning following implementation
Champion a delivery-focused culture that promotes ownership, adaptability, and ongoing improvement
About you:
At least 3 years' practical experience managing projects within a business, operations, or delivery-focused environment
Formal project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM)
Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver both internal initiatives and customer-facing projects
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging directly with customers and a wide range of stakeholders
Results-oriented approach with a high level of accountability, organisation, and attention to detail
Proven capability in setting clear measures of success, monitoring KPIs, and assessing return on investment
Comfortable preparing and presenting clear project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders
Experience working with project management platforms such as (url removed), Jira, or similar tools
Working knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery methodologies
