Responsible for delivering large, complex projects and key initiatives, ensuring effective sequencing, monitoring, and MIS/financial reporting to support project portfolios. Key Responsibilities Lead projects end-to-end: initiation, planning, execution, rollout, and implementation. Build strong partnerships across business, product, operations, IT, and central teams. Define dependencies, roles, and responsibilities for management, virtual, and ad hoc teams. Prepare business cases, project documentation, and expenditure justifications. Develop and maintain project plans, operating models, process flows, and procedural documents. Track and resolve risks, issues, and decisions; escalate as needed. Communicate progress through standardized and ad hoc reporting. Coordinate across multiple teams/functions to drive program success. Manage budgets, costs, timelines, and ensure financial discipline. Ensure compliance with methodologies, standards, and risk management practices. Qualifications Extensive experience in project/program management and change initiatives (regulatory, product, technical, operational). Proven track record delivering in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written/oral communication and stakeholder engagement. Deep financial services expertise, especially Capital Markets & Banking. Highly adaptable and flexible to change.
