Role Overview
As a Project Manager at Ciptex, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact SaaS/CPaaS and
communications projects for clients across multiple sectors. You’ll work at the intersection of
technology, customer experience, and innovation, ensuring that every solution we deliver is robust,
scalable, and aligned with client goals.
This role is perfect for someone who’s excited about working with cutting edge cloud technologies

part in shaping the future of digital customer engagement, driving innovation, and helping to create
experiences that truly make an impact.Key Responsibilities
Lead end to end project delivery , from scoping and planning through to deployment, testing, and handover.
Manage multiple concurrent projects , ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams , including Sales, Developers, Solution Engineers and Technical Support.
Act as the primary client contact , building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Translate business requirements into actionable plans , user stories, and technical deliverables.
Oversee implementations of Twilio, Ciptex RAMP, and AI-driven solutions.
Identify risks and dependencies , proactively managing issues to keep projects on track.
Champion best-practice project methodologies, contributing to continuous improvement across the delivery function.
Support pre-sales activity, including scoping workshops, effort estimation, and solution planning.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering SaaS, cloud, or communications technology projects.
Strong understanding of Agile and/or hybrid project methodologies.
Experience working with Twilio, contact centre/omni platforms, SaaS, CPaaS, ISV solutions, highly desirable).
Ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders with confidence.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem solving skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, scaling environment with evolving priorities.
A passion for customer obsession, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, especially AI.
