Job Description Approach Personnel are proud to be working with a leading UK housebuilder to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a major new build housing development in Gloucester.\n\nReporting to the Build Manager, this is a key on-site leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale residential projects. The Project Manager will take full ownership of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nThe role involves full control of production, programme management, cost control, quality assurance, site presentation, and material delivery. You will manage subcontractors and site teams, chair project meetings, and prepare comprehensive reports covering progress, risks, and outcomes.
You will also act as the main point of contact for clients, sales teams, and external stakeholders, dealing professionally with customer requirements and any issues that arise.\n\nA strong understanding of JCT Design and Build Contracts is essential. You will be responsible for liaising with NHBC, Building Control, Highways and Water Authorities to ensure technical compliance and smooth project progression.
