Security Clearance: SC Minimum Requirement: Strong understanding of CDM regulations Stakeholder management and stakeholder engagement Deep understanding of property projects Essential: Prince2 Practitioner and/or APM (Association for Project Management) PMQ Certificate or equivalent project related experience. Practical implementation of CDM Regulations and Strong understanding of CDM regulations Can demonstrate experience of delivering a project of medium complexity using standard procedures and methodologies. A proven ability to manage issues and recommend solutions through formal and informal channels, securing effective outcomes. Proven ability to co-ordinate multiple activities and work streams, handling shifting demands and priorities, to deliver a customer requirement or business benefit. Stakeholder management and stakeholder engagement Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of successful liaison with stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of property projects Strong leaderships skills – no Line Manager responsibilities with this role but there is task management, leading, and motivating involved. profile projects, including: The relocation of the organisations Archive, a nationally significant collection requiring careful planning, stakeholder engagement, and management of specialist handling and environmental requirements. The decommissioning of systems within IT Halls, followed by the repurposing and refurbishment of these spaces for new operational needs. Key duties are: Delivery – Create and lead the project to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints. Project Management – Day to day management and leadership of the project and the project team. Business Case – Coordinate development of the project Business Case. Budget – Track delivery within budget. Resources – Schedule and manage resources to deliver the project. Stakeholder Management – Identify key stakeholders and develop effective relationships. Risks & Issues – Identify and monitor project risks and issues. Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate. Governance – Provide key reports and support effective governance and decision making. Assurance – Support or set appropriate project assurance. Guidance & Support – Seek appropriate support, guidance and coaching from the project community. Project Performance & Controls – Build Project Plan and apply appropriate project principles to deliver stated objectives. Identify and set appropriate Project Controls. Track and report delivery against milestones. There is an expectation that travel to Exeter HQ will be needed to complete project work as part of this role.
