Job Description

A replacement Project Manager is required for a busy West London Hospital Building Maintenance contract.

This role is for an M&E Project Management, with a fair bit of emphasis on Life Cycle.

Typical projects are circa £100k/£150k+.

Working collaboratively with a team of Project Managers, you will be delivery multiple projects mainly mid range.

This would be a good opportunity for a local Project Manager looking to minimise their current journey time, or a Project Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career which perhaps isnt available to them right now with their current firm.

There is a solid pipeline of healthcare related M&E Projects to get stuck into and a team to work alongside, training available various funding for multiple courses and qualifications if you so wish in order to upskill

This is an urgent role which is currently vacant and could be appointed ahead of Xmas 2025, if not Jan 2026 whichever suits.
