Project Manager | Blueprint 2 | London market isnurance essential | London / Hybrid – Permanent

Our client, a leading London Market insurer, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Business Change team and lead key initiatives across Blueprint 2, Future at Lloyd’s, and Faster Claims Payments.

Working within a dynamic Change Transformation team, you’ll be part of a close-knit team reporting directly into the Head of Project Delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to deliver high-impact change across multiple strategic programmes in the Lloyd’s market.

You’ll be great for this role if you have:

\n Proven London Market experience – with hands-on experience in delivering change projects \n

Strong understanding or direct project experience of Blueprint 2, Future at Lloyd’s, and Faster Claims Payments \n

Change delivery experience across Claims, Underwriting, or Policy Administration Systems \n

Experience with Coverholder/Bordereaux processes \n

A proactive, self-starting attitude – we’re looking for someone who takes initiative and ownership, not just task-based direction \n

This is a London-based hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite to start, moving to 2 days onsite after the initial onboarding phase.
