Project Manager - Retail System Implementation
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid (London HQ)
Day Rate: £400-£425 Outside IR35

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new retail system, working closely with the selected system provider and internal teams. You'll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from planning and risk management to data migration, system integration, testing, and user training - ensuring the system meets business needs and drives organisational adoption.

Key Experience Required
* Proven experience managing ERP or retail system implementations
* Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
* Expertise in business process mapping and user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors
* Ability to coordinate training, change management, and ensure smooth system adoption
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points
* Experience working with retail or digital teams on data migration and system integration
* Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
* Familiarity with data security and compliance standards
