Job Title:- Senior Project Manager\nLocation- Central London\nType:- Perm\nWith a turnover of over £80 million, one of UK’S leading Fit-out Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This Fit-out Contractor is looking for a No.1 Project Manager who can lead the team and deliver the project to the the client's requirements and expectations.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 year’s experience within Commercial Fit-out on Projects ranging between £1million-7 million where\nSome of the key duties would include\n * Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build\n * Site set up and strategy including logistics\n * Planning\n * Running the job as a number 1\n * Daily site management and Progress reporting weekly\n * Check contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductions.\n * Check and Approve Benchmarks from contractors\n * Able to manage and facilitate the Joinery and kitchen installations on site\n * Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to\n * Finish with attention to budgetary limitations\nIdeal candidate must have previous experience in Project Management within CAT A and CAT B , must be ambitious,dynamic and client facing,must be able to travel to and fro site in West London.\nIdeal candidate must have CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS & FIRST Aid Site certifications.\nShould you meet the above requirements, please send your updated cv to the email address below
