Exciting Project Manager opportunity for a leading Tier 1 fit out and refurbishment company.


About the role of Project Manager:

Working on commercial office fit out projects valued around £5 - £30 million, with a focus on CAT A and CAT B fit out.


Responsibilities for Project Manager:

  • Involved in tendering, presenting programme & logistics (supported by Director level)
  • Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
  • Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff
  • Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion


Requirements for Project Manager:

  • Experience working as a Project Manager on commercial fit out projects across Central London
  • Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
  • CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out experience
  • Experience working from pre-construction through to delivery
