Our client requires an experienced and capable Construction Project Manager for a construction project located in West Berkshire, starting in February 2026. Duration will be 12 months, however there is scope for a permanent role for a suitable person who is willing to travel going forward. Responsible for managing all phases of the construction project from Pre-Construction to completion and going live, whilst keeping Health and Safety paramount. Must have a demonstrable track record of delivering NHS projects to HTM and HBN standards, with the ability to manage projects and installations to the highest quality standards. We require a strong, knowledgeable, practical leader, a critical thinker, a problem solver, detail-focused, experienced in programme management, including critical path reporting, with the ability to lead their team to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and budget.
