A high end £10M+ Cat B commercial fit-out project in the heart of London.

Responsibilities as a Junior Project Manager:

• Managing end-to-end project delivery across commercial projects.
• Can create a Programe.
• Support in executing project plans, schedules, programes and scopes of work.
• Take ownership of projects with minimal oversight.
• Prepare budgets, tracking costs, and managing financial reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements to procurement or execution strategies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using software like MS Project or Primavera.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and site instructions.
• Ensure project compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Identify and help mitigate project risks and delays.
• Monitor and support implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
