We're looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join a growing, multi-site organisation and play a key role in delivering high-impact business transformation initiatives.Sitting within a central transformation function, you'll lead a portfolio of strategic change projects from inception through to delivery. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful change that improves performance, efficiency, and long-term capability.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy driving real business impact, this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project Delivery Lead and deliver business change projects aligned to strategic objectivesDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverablesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with senior leaders and operational teamsCommunicate clearly on project progress, risks, and outcomesDrive alignment and engagement across multiple business areas Change Management Develop and implement structured change and adoption strategiesSupport teams through transition with minimal disruptionEnsure sustainable adoption of change across the organisation Business Improvement Work with internal teams to define business requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Risk & Governance Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependenciesMaintain project documentation (RAID logs, status reports, business cases)Ensure effective governance and reporting frameworks Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams (on-site and remote)Drive accountability, clarity, and delivery focus About You Essential Skills & Experience Proven track record delivering end-to-end business change or transformation projectsStrong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagementExperience managing budgets, timelines, and resourcesAbility to drive change adoption in operational environmentsFamiliarity with project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity and riskExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Desirable Experience in a regulated or multi-site environmentExposure to systems or technology-enabled change programmesFormal project or change management certificationExperience working with third-party suppliers As an industry leading, nationwide Marketing, Digital, Analytics, IT and Design recruitment agency, we are continually receiving new assignments to work on, so keep a close eye on our website, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages for a full list of current permanent and interim opportunities as well as marketplace news and fun stuff.
