We’re looking for someone with proven experience in delivering complex digital transformation or data migration projects, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and skilled at keeping projects on track.
Strong communication skills are essential - you’ll be working with a range of stakeholders, from technical teams to senior executives, and must be able to build trust, explain complex ideas clearly, and foster collaboration. We value someone who can think critically, stay calm under pressure, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation and data movement projects.
- Maintain realistic project plans and provide regular, accurate stakeholder communications.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and ensure stakeholder acceptance.
- Tailor solutions to meet the needs of healthcare sector clients.
- Adapt project management methods and tools to suit individual project requirements.
- Establish effective project team structures and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Provide clear leadership, manage risk and change, and maintain control over scope, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Stay aligned with evolving business priorities and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple complex healthcare digital transformation and data projects.
- Support the Head of Delivery and Senior Programme Manager in refining project delivery methodologies.
- Implement tools and processes to enhance communication and documentation sharing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party partners.
- Provide consultancy on project management and delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow ReStart PMO governance standards.
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management at executive levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.
- Strong decision-making capabilities in complex, high-risk situations.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
