Logistics Project Manager: Global Events & Pharmaceutical Congresses

What’s Different About This Role?
This isn’t your average "desk and spreadsheet" logistics job. You’ll be joining a powerhouse Live Events Communications agency based in South East London that doesn’t just "do" events—they craft them. From high-stakes pharmaceutical congresses to massive global exhibitions, you’ll be the engine under the hood.
We offer a hybrid working model (3 days a week in our London office), giving you the perfect balance of collaborative office energy and the flexibility of working from home. You’ll have the autonomy to manage multiple projects at once, the creative license to provide input on delivery, and the chance to travel overseas to see your hard work come to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Master the Logistics: Take full ownership of project scheduling, budgeting, and delivery planning. You’ll be the bridge between client objectives and flawless execution.
- Supplier Superstar: Liaise with DMCs, housing bureaus, and banqueting teams, negotiating the best prices to keep those profit margins healthy.
- Digital Architect: Design and develop delegate registration sites and manage registration platforms with precision.
- Client Champion: Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring their expectations aren't just met—they’re exceeded.
- Risk Wrangler: Ensure all health, safety, and insurance obligations are airtight, protecting both the agency and the client.
- Mentor: Support and guide junior team members, sharing your wisdom to help the whole squad level up.
What You’ll Bring:
- Pharma Prowess: You have solid experience in pharmaceutical events (ideally congresses) and understand the nuances of compliance and MSAs.
- Tech Savvy: You’re a Microsoft Office wizard and have experience navigating delegate registration platforms.
- Communication Flair: Whether it’s a formal presentation or a quick brief to a supplier, your communication is clear, accurate, and engaging.
- The "Juggler" Mindset: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
- Methodical Magic: You have a systematic approach to work and an eye for detail that misses nothing.
