Project Manager - Hospital New Build & Refurbishment

Location: South East Lincolnshire Contract: Initial 6 months (Outside IR35) Rate: £350-£370 per day Start: Within the next couple of weeks

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a hospital new build and refurbishment project in South East Lincolnshire.

This is a contractor role offering an initial 6‑month contract, operating outside IR35, with a competitive day rate.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management and delivery of hospital new build and refurbishment works Coordination of programme, budget, and quality control Liaison with client teams, consultants, and subcontractors Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and project milestones Driving progress on site and resolving technical or programme challenges

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager on hospital or healthcare construction projects Electrical background is essential Strong understanding of M&E coordination within complex live or healthcare environments Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to tight deadlines Available to start within the next couple of weeksTo apply or for more information, please get in touch.
