In this role, you willlead cross-functional teamsthrough thenew product introduction (NPI) process, ensuringon-time deliveryof high-quality products. Im looking for someone with 2+ years experience in Project Management, ideally from an Aerospace, Military, or Defence background

Salary Package:

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Plan, track, and deliver NPI projects on time and within budget. Improve capacity planning to identify bottlenecks and enhance lead-time accuracy. Resolve delays proactively, minimising project impact. Drive continuous improvement in NPI processes. Forecast future requirements based on demand analysis.
