Site Project Manager / London & Surrounding Areas / High End Fit Out Experience Russell Taylor are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for our client based in Essex, with sites based in London and the surrounding areasWorking for a high end fit out specialist, as a Project Manager you must have experience working within the high-end fit sector, with a background working on projects in the hospitality, retail, or leisure sectors. The Role: • Taking for responsibility for on site delivery of the project • Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to ensure smooth and efficient site operations• Managing programme of works, tracking progress, and reporting back to client & directors • Ensuring quality standards are monitored and maintained• Acting as the key point of contact for client and the wider project teamWhat We are looking For: • Proven experience as a Project Manager on fit out and refurbishment projects • Experience working on high end projects in the past• Experience working on high end retail, hospitality (restaurants or bars) or leisure (essential) • Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced high end Project Manager to work on high profile sites, work with a collaborative, forward thing team with the opportunity for growth and progressions.
