Project Manager – D&B Fit-Out

I’m working with a dynamic, growing design and build firm based in the City, approaching £20m turnover with a close-knit team that’s going places. They’ve got a strong pipeline of Cat B fit-out projects in the £750k to £2m range and are looking for a Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership and help push things forward.

You’ll need to be someone who gets stuck in, builds trust quickly, and takes pride in delivering a quality job. The team here isn’t bloated with layers of management or buried in process. It’s a place where ideas land, action matters, and the journey is still very much being shaped.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running your own fit-out projects from start to finish
• Managing clients, subcontractors and internal teams
• Keeping an eye on quality, cost and programme
• Working closely with the directors and playing a big part in day-to-day delivery

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years delivering fit-out projects (ideally Cat B)
• Experience working on jobs between £500k and £2m
• Confident managing clients and taking responsibility
• Someone who’s proactive, ambitious and not afraid to roll their sleeves up
