A leading principle contractor specialising in high end commercial refurbishment and cut & carve projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a noteworthy scheme in Central London. This is a high-value commercial cut & carve scheme involving complex structural alterations, facade retention and high spec finishes. The project is in the heart of the city and therefore will be a demanding project both logistically and operating to a fast paced programme.

About the Project Manager
As the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Full project leadership from pre-construction through to handover
Managing site teams, subcontractors and consultants
Programme management and coordination of complex works
Commercial awareness in collaboration with QS teams
Ensuring strict compliance with H&S, quality and environmental standards.
Acting as the key point of contact for the client and professional team
The Ideal Project Manager
Proven experience delivering high-end commercial refurbishment / cut & carve projects
Background with a principle contractor on Central London Schemes
Strong understanding of structural alterations, cut & carve and retaining facades schemes on projects circa £80million.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
Driven, detail orientated and quality focused.
