Salary: £52,985 per annum, rising to £54,505 after successful completion of probation (6 months)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Hybrid working: averaging 2 days per week in the office

About the role

You'll manage a variety of cross-organisational projects, applying MHA's Project & Change Delivery Framework and Praxis methodology. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, operational teams, and central support functions ensuring each project is aligned with our One MHA Strategy and delivers clear, measurable benefits.

Whether implementing new digital systems or redesigning services to better meet people's needs, your work will help us remain agile, innovative, and centred on the people we support.

What you'll bring

Experience using Praxis, MSP, Agile or similar approaches is beneficial but not essential, we'll support you to apply MHA's tailored frameworks effectively.
