What You’ll Be Doing

Leading complex software delivery projects across agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments Owning scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting — ensuring projects land successfully Acting as the key client contact from planning through to go-live Building trusted relationships and managing stakeholder expectations Driving revenue and margin performance across your projects Partnering with Sales and Pre-Sales to shape, price, and win new business Leading internal and external teams, mentoring others, and developing talent Ensuring delivery aligns with client contracts, licensing, and capability boundaries Championing the brand and delivering continuous value across accounts

Main Skills Needed

Strong track record delivering IT and software projects in consulting or services settings Deep understanding of governance, commercials, and delivery metrics Comfortable working across Agile (ideally SAFe), hybrid, and traditional models Excellent client relationship skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels Skilled in risk management, issue resolution, and navigating delivery complexity Experience working with UK government clients and secure environments Ability to support pre-sales, shape SoWs, and lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams Eligible for (or already hold) high-level UK Security Clearance
