Quantity Surveying consultancy , seeking an experienced
Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS)
to join their growing team. This is a client-side role within a consultancy environment, and
Employer's Agent (EA) experience is essential . My client works across a range of projects and is looking for a PQS who is confident managing schemes from early cost advice through to final account, while also fulfilling EA duties and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The role will involve: Delivering
PQS services
across multiple projects from feasibility to completion
Undertaking
Employer's Agent responsibilities , including contract administration and client reporting
Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
Managing procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
Advising clients on cost, risk, and contractual matters
Working closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders
What my client is looking for: Proven experience as a
Project Quantity Surveyor within a QS consultancy
Demonstrable Employer's Agent (EA) experience
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
Experience working in a client-facing, consultancy-led environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
