This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Project/Quantity Surveyor to manage cost-effective and efficient property projects within the housing sector. Looking to add a Project/Quantity Surveyor to their Midlands based Business Unit.\n\nDescription\n\nAs a core member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for leading pre‑ and post‑contract commercial activities and ensuring robust processes across each project.

Responsibilities include:\n\nManaging subcontract procurement, measurement, valuation, and contractual administration\nSupporting and promoting strong Health & Safety standards through regular reviews and compliance monitoring\nLeading valuations, cashflow management, and monthly reporting (including CVRs, procurement updates, and progress reporting)\nWorking closely with project teams to optimise procurement strategies, production efficiency, and commercial outcomes\nBuilding and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders\nSupporting the development and performance of the commercial team \n\nProfile\n\nA successful Project/Quantity Surveyor should have:\n\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, measurement, and valuation\nExperience in subcontract procurement and familiarity with NEC contracts ()\nStrong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to drive cost control and maximise value\nConfidence in engaging with clients, PQS teams, design consultants, and the supply chain\nA proactive, collaborative, and solutions‑oriented approach \n\nJob Offer\n\nA competitive salary and car allowance to support travel requirements.\nPermanent position within a reputable organisation in the property and housing industry.\nOpportunities to work on exciting and impactful property projects.\nSupportive and professional work environment.If you are a motivated Project/Quantity Surveyor looking to advance your career in the property and housing industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
