Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of a mixed property portfolio. Leasing, lettings, rent reviews, and lease renewals. Onboarding new assets into the portfolio. Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and improvement works. Conducting property inspections and compliance checks. Liaising with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders. Producing accurate and timely client reports. About You: MRICS, AssocRICS or equivalent experience in asset/property management. Skilled in client and stakeholder management.
