The firm is looking for a commercially minded Partner to join its Development & House Building Team to work closely with other Partners within the Team and across the firm. This is a very exciting opportunity to help develop and grow the existing specialist team, which focuses solely on advising developers, house builders, land traders, promoters, funders, and landowners in connection with a broad range of development projects both locally and nationally. In addition, the team works alongside other teams in the firm that specialise in Corporate Real Estate, Planning, Construction, and Property Litigation. The Team benefits from a long history of handling plot sales and property finance arrangements for development transactions and has built an unrivaled reputation.
