\nA public sector organisation in Norfolk is seeking a senior Litigation Locum to lead a Housing Litigation Department on an interim basis.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Leading and overseeing the housing litigation function
\n• Managing a caseload of housing litigation matters, including:
\n• Disrepair claims
\n• Complex possession proceedings
\n• Providing supervision and guidance to junior lawyers and paralegals
\n• Handling injunction-related matters
\n• Ensuring continuity and stability within the department during the transition period
\n
\nRequirements
\n• Senior-level litigation experience within the public sector
\n• Strong background in housing litigation
\n• Experience supervising and supporting junior staff
\n• Ability to step in quickly and provide leadership
\n• Working Arrangements
\n• Hybrid working model
\n• Expectation to attend the office 3 days per week initially
\n• Norfolk-based
