Property Litigation Solicitor - Leading Firm - Kent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor (circa 2-6 years PQE) to join a highly regarded disputes team. The role offers the chance to work on a varied caseload of contentious property matters, acting for a diverse client base of landlords, developers, and commercial occupiers.

The Role You will be involved in a wide spectrum of property-related disputes, including:

Advising landlords and tenants on contested lease matters, such as arrears, renewals, dilapidations, and enforcement of covenants.

Acting on insolvency-related property issues, including the appointment of office holders and recovery strategies.

Handling development disputes, from rights affecting land (such as light and access) to restrictive covenants and overage arrangements.

Managing possession claims and other contentious issues affecting property ownership and occupation.

The Candidate

We are looking for a solicitor with:

Circa 2-6 years' PQE in property litigation or a closely related area.

Solid experience handling commercial landlord and tenant work.

The ability to provide clear, strategic advice to clients on complex disputes.

Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

A proactive and commercially focused approach to problem solving.
