Dove and Hawk have partnered with a Chartered Surveying firm that has been established in the City of London for over 30 years. They are currently recruiting an experienced Property Manager to oversee their management portfolio, which consists of both commercial and residential properties.
Duties:

Rent, service charge, and insurance collection

Familiar with and dealing with tenant breaches and solutions for remedies including forfeiture, submitting claims for recoveries of losses.

Annual service charge budgeting in accordance with the RICS Code of Service Charge Practice, Maintenance schedules on a reactive and pro-active basis.

Compliancy across the portfolio that may include Lease covenants, EPC's, FRA's, Asbestos reports etc.

Routine property inspections and organising and attending meeting with lessees and or tenant associations.

Reporting to Directors to provide regular updates on all aspects of the properties/tenants including at ad-hoc intervals regarding the portfolio's performance or any issues affecting this.

Engaging with suitable contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance is completed in a satisfactory manner.
