Job Title; Property Manager

Salary; Basic salary £28,000-£30,000 dependant on experience, plus a quarterly paid commission incentive.

OTE; £33,600 - £36,000

Location; Vox Studios, 1-45 Durham Street, SE11 5JH

Your Responsibilities as a Property Manager:

As a Property Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service. You will proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes.

Your Skills and Experience:

• You have experience in residential Property Management, with a proven track record of success.
• You are highly self-motivated, with a clear drive to advance your career.
• You are an exceptionally organised and composed individual.
• You proactively address enquiries and resolve issues with speed and efficiency
• You are known for your exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivered in previous roles.
