Reporting into theProperty Condition Manager,you willprovideafull rangeofPropertySurveyingdutiesto support the AssetManagement and RepairsTeamsin support ofdeliveringtheobjectivesof theAsset Management and Sustainability Strategies.
Whatyoullbe doing Providea professional building surveyingroleto support the development of investment projects, including diagnostic surveys, detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, costings, and producing detailed project specifications / bills quantities / schedules of work and tender documentation. Providetechnical advice and support toassistcolleagues including property appraisals and reports, highlighting any issues that would affect theperformanceofour properties, to support decisions on divesting andacquiringhousing stock. Work with regionalrepairs and tenancy management teamstoidentifyproperty condition issues,diagnosingthe cause, and coordinatinga response across teams, includingissuingrepairs, updating condition data, instructing specialist surveys,procuring,and managing remediation works.
