We are working with a global engineering business who are looking for a Proposals Manager on a permanent basic. The role will see you take ownership of proposal development and cost estimation, playing a key role in delivering bespoke solutions and aftermarket support. Proposals Manager Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday to Thursday 8am – 4:30pm, Friday 8am – 3:15pm Coventry Hybrid working available Proposals Manager Job Description Lead proposal and estimating activities, ensuring alignment with sales strategies. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create accurate cost estimates and technical proposals. Manage costing records, order entry and sales administration systems. Responsible for the spares and services team to deliver efficient aftermarket support.
