Workshop Manager – Aberhill Depot - Aberhill - £50,000 per annum

We are looking for a motivated Workshop Manager to join our Aberhill Depot and lead a team of engineers and support staff to keep our buses safe, reliable, and on the road.

The Role

* Manage, support, and motivate a team of engineers

* Oversee maintenance, servicing, and cleaning of a fleet of 83 vehicles

* Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are met

* Liaise with Operations to meet targets

* Troubleshoot and provide technical guidance with excellent diagnostic skills

Requirements

* Relevant engineering qualifications - Level 3 in PSV/HGV

* Proven workshop supervisory experience

* Knowledge of PSV operations

* Strong leadership, energy, and enthusiasm
