Key Responsibilities as a Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
Provide tailored 1:1 and group support for children with a range of special educational needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, SEMH) Assist the class teacher and SENCO in implementing personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies Help create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment that encourages emotional and academic growth Monitor and track student progress, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing Work closely with teachers, therapists, and external professionals to support holistic developmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
