Psychology Graduate TA:

Location - Blackpool

Pay - £475-£550 per week, depending on experience

Start Date - 16/03/2026, or ASAP

Contract Type - Temp to Perm

Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to pursue a career in education? We are currently working with a large SEN provision to recruit for Learning Support Assistants on a temp to perm basis.

Role Responsibilities:

Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, and in small groups to encourage academic and emotional development Build rapport with students, parents and other staff members Prepare and implement learning resources alongside the class teacherRole Requirements:

A recent degree or masters in Psychology Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided) Previous experience supporting complex needs is desired but not essentialTo Be Eligible You Must:
